MICHIKO KOSHINO

It was a great turn out for the talented designer Michiko Koshino who showcased a fantastic collection this season at London Fashion Week Mens on the official BFC schedule. This seasons collection was inspired by a simple photograph dating back to the 1800s of a Japanese horse drawn delivery cart, which then lead Michiko to create her very own work force uniform.

This collection was not easily forgotten with garments that where easily layered to create an even more unique look. An eye catching colour pallet was merged with a variety of textures creating a dynamic and assertive collection clearly for the confident individual that’s not scared to be noticed.

A great play on logos where used through out this seasons looks and ‘customer service’ quotes created playful humour. Along side a vibrant colour pallet of purples, royal blue, wine, black and white and an unusual use of washed silks, nylon and heavy cotton.

The well-respected designer who has years of experience creating vibrant and unique collections under her belt has shown yet another outstanding collection. Displaying a big personality through her designs and creativity, we are so excited to see what next season brings from Michiko Koshino.
